Sailwinds Jolly Roger, Clipper, Windjammer, Starboard and Schooner Collection bracelets are designed to be worn snug on the wrist. They should not slide easily up and down the arm. We recommend using a tape measure to determine your correct size. Measure just above your hand. Add .5" and that is your proper size.

 

The Sailwinds Coastal, Caribbean and Sea Breeze Collections are designed to fit loosely on the wrist and generally fit wrist sizes 6" - 7.5." For other sizes, email us at sailwinds@yahoo.com.

All U.S. orders are shipped via first class mail. Your item will be shipped in 1-3 days following your date of purchase.

 

We can also ship Priority mail, Overnight or however you need it.

 

Delivery time in USA:

*First Class Mail Service: Arrives within 3 to 5 business days, excluding holidays.

*Express Overnight Service: Arrives in 1 business day.

*Ground Service (First Class Mail): Typically arrives in 7-10 business days. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.

 

International orders are shipped via First Class at additional cost. First Class mail does not provide International tracking. We can't control shipping time/delivery or provide updates on International orders. Additional customs fees and/or charges may be applied by local municipalities and are not included in our shipping charges.

Delivery times may vary for orders placed during the weekend with the services above. Express mail will always require a signature upon delivery. Priority mail will only require a signature under some circumstances.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for shipping cost on returned orders back to us. 

 

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). 

 

All returned items must be unworn merchandise. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.
